Lemon Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 graham crackers
    1 large can Pet milk
    1 c. sugar
    2 lemons
    1 Tbsp. lemon peel
Preparation
    Chill milk in the freezer until there are slivers of ice in it; turn into a cold bowl and whip until stiff.
    To the whipped milk, add lemon peel.
    Add slowly, the juice of the lemons, beating all the time.
    Continue beating while adding the sugar slowly.
    Crush the crackers and cover the bottom of a 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan with half of them.
    Pour the whipped mixture into the pan.
    Cover with the remaining crackers.
    Cover pan or wrap and freeze in squares.
