Good Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mashed Irish potatoes
    2/3 c. shortening
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. lukewarm water
    1 c. scalded milk, cooled to lukewarm
    6 to 8 c. bread flour
Preparation
    Mash potatoes.
    Add shortening, sugar, salt and eggs.
    Cream well.
    Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water and add to lukewarm milk. Pour into potato mixture.
    Add flour to make a stiff dough.
    Knead well.
    Put in a greased bowl and let double in bulk.
    Knead slightly.
    Rub top with melted butter.
    Place in casserole dish; cover tightly.
    Place in refrigerator until ready to bake.
    About 1 hour before baking, shape into rolls, cover and let double. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
