Oven German Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. potatoes, cooked, peeled and sliced (approximately 3 c.)
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled (reserving 3 Tbsp. drippings)
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1/4 c. chopped celery
Preparation

In 2-quart shallow baking dish, combine potatoes, bacon and onion; set aside.
In small saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch, mustard and salt.
Gradually add reserved drippings, water, lemon juice and vinegar.
Mix well.
Over medium heat, cook and stir until thickened.
Pour over potatoes.
Let stand several hours to blend flavors; stir in celery.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until hot.
