Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1 egg
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. blueberries
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Sift flour with sugar, baking powder and salt into a large bowl.
    Measure milk into a 2-cup measure, add oil and egg and beat together with fork.
    Mix well.
    Make a well in the flour mixture, pour in milk mix.
    Stir quickly with fork just until dry ingredients are moistened.
    Fold in blueberries.
    Fill muffin cups (greased or paper lined) 2/3 full. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in 400\u00b0 oven or until golden brown on top.
