Frosted Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup or golden mushroom soup
    2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. fine breadcrumbs
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. water
    4 c. mashed potatoes
    1 small pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix thoroughly 1 can of soup, beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion and salt.
    Shape firmly into an 8 x 8-inch square pan, lightly greased.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Take out.
    Frost with 4 cups mashed potatoes.
    Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
    Bake for 15 minutes more.
