Oven Omelette Brunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1 1/2 dozen eggs
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. milk
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    green pepper
    cheese
    mushrooms
    slivered ham
Preparation
    Heat oven to 325\u00b0. Melt butter in oblong baking pan (13 1/2 x 9 x 2). Tilt bottom to coat with butter. In large bowl, beat eggs. Then add other ingredients. Bake 35 minutes until eggs are set (but moist).
