Circassian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large chicken, cooked and boned
    salt and pepper
    1 c. shelled nuts (almonds, hazelnuts or walnuts or a mixture)
    1 c. fine dry white bread crumbs (optional)
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 tsp. paprika
    2 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Grind nuts in blender.
    Heat broth; add nuts and bread crumbs. Bring to a boil and cook, stirring until mixture has thickened. Arrange chicken over a bed of rice.
    Pour nut sauce over chicken. Mix oil and paprika until it becomes red.
    Dribble over sauce to decorate.
    May be served cold.
