Tuna Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. reduced calorie mayonnaise
    1 1/2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. diced, peeled and seeded cucumber
    3 Tbsp. chopped red onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill
    2 Tbsp. thinly sliced green onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (12 1/2 oz.) can light-meat tuna (packed in water), drained and flaked
Preparation
    In large bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, cucumber, red and green onions, celery dill, salt and pepper. Add the tuna and toss to coat. Serve with slices of Rustice whole wheat round bread.
