Double Lemon Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lemon or yellow cake mix (pudding included)
    1 pkg. instant lemon pudding
    4 eggs
    1 c. water
    1/3 c. cooking oil
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine all ingredients and beat for 4 minutes. Spray Bundt pan with cooking spray and sprinkle with granulated sugar. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until cake tests done. Cool in pan 10 to 15 minutes and turn out onto plate. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar or glaze.
