Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

24 corn tortillas
1 pt. sour cream
1 can chopped green chilies
2 bunches green onions, chopped
3 cans cream of chicken soup
1 block cheese, grated
Preparation

In vegetable oil, warm each corn tortilla so they are soft and leave aside.
Mix all other ingredients with 1/2 of the grated cheese.
Spoon into shells and fold, then place in cake pan with folded side down.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and heat in oven at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Fills 2 cake pans or 1 large pan.
