Harvest Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can garbanzo beans
    1 sm. can corn
    1 pkg. frozen petite peas, thawed
    3 stalks celery, chopped
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    1 red pepper, diced
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Store in well-sealed container in refrigerator, turning upside-down every so often so dressing can mix with vegetables.
    Serve cold.
    (Best if made a day ahead of time.)
