Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    3 c. flour
    3 c. sugar
    3/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 c. margarine
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix cocoa, margarine and boiling water.
    Mix rest of dry ingredients; add to cocoa mixture.
    Add eggs, beating well.
    Add buttermilk and vanilla; beat again.
    Pour into greased pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Makes 40 cupcakes; bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
