Rich Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. self-rising meal
1/2 c. sour cream
1 can creamed corn
1/2 stick margarine
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except margarine.
Melt margarine in black skillet, coating sides and bottom.
Pour off excess butter and save.
Pour batter into skillet and top with excess butter. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
