Healthy Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. oat bran
    1 c. oatmeal
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 egg whites
    1 c. skim milk
    1/4 to 3/4 c. brown sugar
    2 mashed bananas
    1/3 box raisins
Preparation
    Mix oat bran, oatmeal and baking powder together.
    Stir in olive oil, egg whites, skim milk and brown sugar.
    Mix together. Add bananas and raisins.
    Mix together.
    Grease muffin pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Do not overbake.
