The Big Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar
    4 oz. Blue cheese
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. beer or Port wine (beer is better)
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    2 tsp. wine vinegar
    1/2 clove garlic
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine ingredients and add dashes of Tabasco to suit (not too many).
