Shrimp Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boiled, peeled shrimp
    1 head iceberg lettuce
    2 shallots, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 large tomatoes, cubed or pared
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. coarse ground black pepper
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Wash lettuce and cut in 1/4-inch strips.
    Drain.
    Then add shallots, onion, shrimp, tomatoes, salt and pepper.
    Add mayonnaise and stir all together.
    Put in refrigerator for a couple of hours before serving.
    The longer it sets the more flavorful it becomes.
