Susie'S Pork Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 to 5 lb.) pork loin-end roast
    1 1/2 c. chopped celery and onions
    1 c. water
    3/4 stick butter
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 small bottle ketchup
Preparation
    Cook pork slowly in crock-pot.
    Cool and shred pork.
    Cook celery and onion in water and butter.
    When onions and celery are tender, add tomato sauce and ketchup.
    Season with salt, pepper, oregano and garlic powder to taste.
