Sorrel Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chopped sorrel and parsley
    1/8 c. butter
    2 to 3 potatoes, diced
    2 c. water or broth
    1/8 c. light cream
    salt and pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Heat butter and stew vegetables for 6 minutes gently.
    Add potatoes and water and simmer for 25 minutes.
    Stir in cream and serve.
