Butterscotch Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    2 cups scalded milk
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch (self-rising flour will work)
    1 1/2 cup brown sugar (or you can brown regular sugar to caramelize)
    2 egg yolks
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In saucepan scald milk.
    Add other ingredients.
    Heat over low heat until thickened and well blended.
    Pout into pre-bake pie shell.
    Beat meringue from 2 egg whites and 4 Tbsp. sugar.
    Top pie.
    Bake until browned.
