Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    3 eggs, separated
    2 c. milk
    6 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation
    Sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt together; set aside. Separate eggs.
    Beat the yolks, milk and oil together.
    Add dry ingredients.
    Blend well.
    Beat egg whites fairly stiff and fold in.
    Heat griddle before greasing it.
    Pour batter onto griddle, using a 1/4 cup plastic measure cup.
    I cut this recipe in half for two.
    You may mix dry ingredients the night before to save time.
    Full recipe makes 18.
