1 stick butter
1 c. chopped pecans (optional)
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
2 (8 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed
2 (3.4 oz.) boxes instant butterscotch pudding
3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix flour, butter and nuts for pie crust.
Pat in a 13 x 9-inch cake pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0. Cool.
