Rice And Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 2/3 c. water
    4 oz. can sliced mushrooms
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 2/3 c. Minute rice
    3/4 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Heat to boiling, first 4 ingredients.
    Add Minute rice; remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes.
    Add sour cream, stirring until rice is covered.
    Serve hot.
    Serves 4.
