Chicken Chutney Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced cooked chicken
    1 (13 1/4 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained (1 c.)
    1 c. diagonally sliced celery
    1/2 c. sliced green onions
    1/4 c. salted peanuts
    2/3 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. chopped chutney
    1/2 tsp. grated lime rind
    2 Tbsp. lime juice
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Toss together first 5 ingredients. Combine remaining ingredients. Stir into chicken mixture. Serve on greens.
    Serves 4.
