Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes
    4 Tbsp. butter, melted
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. orange juice
    1/3 c. light cream
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs, separated
    marshmallows
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients with beaten egg yolks in bowl; mix well.
    Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
    Spread in greased casserole.
    Top with marshmallows.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Yields 6 servings.
