Fruit Cocktail Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. oil
    2 c. flour
    pinch of salt
    2 tsp. soda
    1 (No. 2) can fruit cocktail (undrained)
    1/2 c. coconut
Preparation
    Combine sugar, eggs and oil.
    Beat well.
    Sift dry ingredients together and add alternately with fruit to egg mixture.
    Pour into 16 x 11 x 2-inch pan.
    Sprinkle top with coconut.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
