Ingredients

2 c. all purpose flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. basil, dried
1/2 tsp. oregano, dried
3/4 c. shredded cheese
1 egg
1 c. milk
1/4 c. vegetable oil
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0. In a large bowl combine dry ingredients. Add cheese. In a small bowl, beat egg with fork. Stir in milk and oil. Pour into flour mixture. Mix with fork until blended, batter will be slightly lumpy. Pour into lined muffin pan. Bake 25 minutes. Makes 1 dozen.
