Light And Fruity Pie(Diabetic) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (4 serving size) pkg. Jell-O brand gelatin (sugar-free)
2/3 c. boiling water
2 c. ice cubes
1 (8 oz.) container whipped topping, thawed
1 prepared 8 or 9-inch graham cracker crust
1 c. diced strawberries, orange sections, banana or fresh peaches
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin completely in boiling water.
Add ice cubes; stir until gelatin is thickened.
Remove any unmelted ice.
Using wire whip, blend in whipped topping; whip until smooth.
Fold in fruit.
Chill, if necessary, until mixture will mound.
Spoon into pie crust.
Chill 2 hours.
Serve.
