Venison Jerky - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. soy sauce
4 Tbsp. liquid smoke
2 Tbsp. salt
2 tsp. onion powder
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 lb. meat, sliced 1/4 inch thick
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a 1 gallon jar.
Put jar in refrigerator to marinate overnight.
Shake jar frequently to evenly coat meat.
Next morning, drain meat on paper towels. Laying drained strips on wire rack in oven, heat at 100\u00b0 to 150\u00b0 for 8 to 10 hours, until dry.
Turn off heat and let cool on racks with door partly open.
