Baked Beans For 100 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 gal. pork and beans
    7 1/2 c. bacon (raw), chopped
    1 qt. onions, chopped
    2 1/2 c. catsup
    4 1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. mustard
Preparation
    Place bacon in a roasting pan.
    Brown.
    Do not drain.
    Add onions to bacon; cook until tender.
    Add beans, catsup, brown sugar and mustard to bacon-onion mixture.
    Bake, uncovered, 1 to 2 hours until browned.
