Southern Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    cut up chicken, washed well and skinned
    oil
    buttermilk
Preparation
    Wash and skin chicken, salt and pepper to taste.
    Roll in the buttermilk, one piece at a time, then cover with flour.
    Put 1/2 inch of oil in frypan; let it get hot.
    Place chicken in it, one piece at a time.
    Keep turning until both sides are a golden brown.
    Cover pan and cook on medium-low heat for 20 to 25 minutes.
