Grandma'S Crumb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. oleo or butter
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl, mix together first 4 ingredients into coarse crumbs.
    Take out 3/4 cup crumbs and set aside.
    To the remainder of the crumbs, add the egg, milk and baking soda.
    Beat hard to mix well.
    Put in a greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Sprinkle the dough with the 3/4 cup crumbs.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until done.
    Good warm or cold; it stays fresh for 3 or 4 days.
