Chicken Rotel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. chicken, boiled
    2 large bell peppers
    2 large onions, chopped
    1 stick oleo
    1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes (spicy hot)
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 (16 oz.) can peas
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
Preparation
    Boil chicken until tender; let cool.
    Remove meat from bones. Cook spaghetti in 2 cups water or leftover chicken broth.
    Set aside.
    Saute onions and peppers in oleo.
    Add cheese and stir until melted.
    Add tomatoes and chicken and mix.
    Stir in cooked spaghetti; add peas last.
    Fold in evenly.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until bubbly hot.
    Makes a 3-quart casserole.
