Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cornmeal (self-rising)
    1 c. flour
    2 1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 egg
    1/2 c. oil
Preparation
    Sift cornmeal and flour together.
    Mix in buttermilk; add egg. Melt your oil unless Crisco oil is used.
    Let your oil heat in pan.
    Mix into your bread mixture.
    Pour in pan and bake at 450\u00b0 until done.
