Vegetable Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can mixed vegetables, drained
1 small can peas, drained
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. shredded cheese
1 can cream of broccoli soup
1/2 stick margarine, melted
20 Ritz crackers
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except margarine and crackers, in a 2-quart casserole.
Bake 45 minutes in 300\u00b0 oven.
Mix margarine and crushed crackers; sprinkle over casserole.
Bake 10 to 15 minutes longer or until golden brown.
