Mag Crump'S Apple Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. dried bread crumbs
1 1/2 c. applesauce
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
dash of nutmeg
2 Tbsp. butter
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
dash of salt
Preparation

In buttered baking dish (8 x 8 x 2-inch) layer half the bread crumbs.
Combine applesauce, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Spread this over crumbs.
Layer remaining crumbs.
Dot with butter.
Combine eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla and salt.
Pour over bread mixture. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake at 350\u00b0 about 55 to 60 minutes or until comes out clean.
