Sawdust Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box lemon gelatin
1 box orange gelatin
2 c. hot water
1 1/2 c. cold water
2 bananas, diced
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 (13 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
40 miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. pineapple juice
1 egg
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in 2 cups hot water.
Add cold water, bananas, crushed pineapple and marshmallows.
Chill until gelled.
Cook sugar, flour, egg and pineapple juice until thick.
Allow to cool and spread cooked mixture over gelatin.
Whip cream and blend with cream cheese.
Beat until light.
Spread over second layer. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
