Harvard Beets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. vinegar
    16 oz. can sliced beets, drained
Preparation
    Mix sugar and flour together, add vinegar.
    Mix well.
    Cook on stove top until mixture becomes clear, stirring constantly.
    Add drained beets and turn in sauce until coated with mixture.
    Simmer approximately 30 minutes, turning beets several times.
