Fight That Fat Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 peeled potatoes, cubed
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 celery stalks, diced
    3 qt. water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in 4-quart saucepan.
    Cook until potatoes are tender; or longer, if you like them thick.
    Tastes like buttered potatoes.
    Almost no fat.
