Ingredients

2 15.5 oz. cans blackeye peas, rinsed and drained
1-2 Tbsp. diced jalapeno pepper
1 10 oz. can diced tomatoes and green chilies
2 avocados, diced
1 small green bell pepper, diced
1/2 purple onion, diced
3/4 c. Italian salad dressing
1 Tbsp. lime juice
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Stir together all ingredients.
Serve with corn chips.
