Spinach Dip For Chips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) container sour half and half
    1 envelope Good Seasons nonfat salad dressing mix
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. Birds Eye frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
    1/2 small red pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. low-fat milk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and refrigerate. Makes 4 cups.
