Ingredients

1/3 c. Firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/4 tsp. Nutmeg
1 c. Cooked pumpkin
1 qt. Vanilla ice cream, softened
Preparation

In a large bowl, stir together all ingredients except ice cream. Add ice cream in large spoonfuls, stirring until well blended. Spoon mixture into 9 square pan, cover and freeze for at least 3 hours.
