Meat Balls To Impress - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Progresso bread crumbs
    1 lb. lean ground chuck
    1/2 lb. Jimmy Dean sausage (sage)
    3/4 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. diced celery, onion and bell pepper
    1/2 c. egg whites or 3 Egg Beaters
    2 garlic cloves
    Welch's grape jelly
    Heinz chili sauce
    Baker's Joy
Preparation
    Saute celery, onion and bell pepper with garlic in margarine. Remove garlic cloves.
    Mix in large bowl: ground chuck, sausage, cheese, veggies, bread crumbs and egg whites.
    Form into meat balls of desired size.
    Lightly spray balls with Baker's Joy.
    Mix together equal parts Welch's jelly and Heinz chili sauce.
    Simmer balls in jelly and chili sauce until done.
