Mini Pizzas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 lb. hamburger
    1/2 lb. pork sausage
    1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning (optional)
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    2 loaves white or rye bread
    Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Melt Velveeta.
    Brown and drain hamburger and sausage.
    Add browned meat, melted cheese, Italian seasoning and tomato paste. Simmer 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Spread on bread.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.
    Bake until cheese is melted.
