Crispy Crunch Sundae - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 c. Rice Krispies, crushed
2/3 c. chopped nuts
2/3 c. coconut
1 qt. ice cream
Preparation

Melt butter in saucepan.
Add brown sugar and heat slowly until blended.
Add crushed Rice Krispies; toss well to coat. Remove from heat and add nuts and coconut.
Save 1 1/3 cups mixture.
Put remainder in bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.
Spread ice cream on top, then sprinkle with reserved mixture.
Freeze.
Serve cold.
