Oven Omelet - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. margarine
18 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 c. milk
2 tsp. salt
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (4 oz.) can mushroom pieces
1 jar pimiento, drained
4 green onions, sliced thin
Preparation

Heat margarine in a 13 x 9 baking dish in 325\u00b0 oven until melted. Tilt dish to coat bottom. Beat eggs, sour cream, milk and salt in large mixing bowl until blended.
