Vegetable Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. butter or margarine
cold water
Preparation
-
Mix the flour, salt and butter together using your hands, until crumbly.
Add cold water a little at a time until dough barely sticks together.
Form into a ball and roll out on a floured board.
Roll from center toward outer edges.
Put into an oiled pie pan.
