Low-Fat Almost Fried Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 white potatoes, sliced crosswise with peel
    1 medium onion, sliced
    Mrs. Dash
    pepper
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Spray skillet with Pam.
    Cook potatoes and onion on medium heat, covered, turning often with spatula.
    Season to taste with Mrs. Dash, pepper and Parmesan.
