Hungarian "Csorge" - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. flour
1/2 lb. butter or oleo
1/2 pt. sour cream or canned milk
1 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
Preparation
-
Mix all together.
Roll out dough and cut into diamonds.
Make a slit in middle of each diamond and pull one end through the hole.
Fry with pulled side up.
Makes approximately 60.
