Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium size sweet potatoes
    2 sticks butter or margarine
    4 large eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    2 tsp. nutmeg
    2 pie crusts (deep dish)
Preparation
    Set margarine and eggs out at room temperature.
    Boil sweet potatoes about 45 minutes. Drain and mash.
    You may add 1/4 cup milk (optional).
    Sprinkle nutmeg on top of pie and place in oven for 1 hour at 350\u00b0. (Preheat oven first.)
