Chicken Piccata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (6 oz.) boneless chicken breasts
    1 Tbsp. capers
    1 fresh lemon
    8 oz. fresh, sliced mushrooms
    pinch of oregano, basil, black pepper and salt
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    3 oz. chopped green onions
    flour
    butter
    1 tsp. garlic, chopped
    rice
Preparation
    Flour chicken breasts and saute in butter until done.
    Remove chicken breasts and set aside.
    Clean the pan and place chicken back in pan with butter, garlic, juice of 1 lemon, capers, mushrooms and herbs.
    Let reduce until slightly glazed.
    Serve with rice.
    Serves 4.
